Cheese or No Cheese!!

What do you think, what would be in my second article??

Focussing on health benefits of cheese or how to incorporate cheese in our diet??

Well, Good comments on my first blog made me head towards my kitchen to make something interesting!!

Kitchen to me, is a like a chemistry lab where you put all your ingredients and wait for the final product thinking whether it will merely change into its required colour or will it explode!!

I thought of making Mexican Franky and   began doing my pre-preps!!

Mexican recipes are colourful, yummy and majorly loaded with kidney beans, tomatoes, bell peppers and cheese!!

My husband is a cheese lover and who is not!! So, here I faced my crisis of cheese or no to cheese!!

Cheese for many people comes under the blocked ingredient (the same way we block unwanted person), few of them are also scared to utter the word 'Cheese' - thinking what if it will make them put on 2kgs of weight??

It's a myth that cheese is not healthy!! Infact, it is a fantastically a good quality protein. A good quality protein means it is biologically available and contains all the essential amino acids, which is required by our body for daily wear and tear.

Along with protein, adding one cube of grated cheese in your meal will provide you with calcium and so - two hero ingredients for our good health.

Hence, rather cutting down totally on my husband's favourite ingredient, I incorporated half of grated cheese in one franky and other half in second franky.

So, this way I didn't compromise on his taste buds (psst...and he never came to know), and made my franky a nutritous and a low calorie one as compared to the normal cheesy franky.

One more secret to cheesy recipes which I really enjoy is adding milk to the grated cheese (with or without melting), this way it gives more volume and more taste!!...yuuummmmmm

Go ahead and add on that little cube of happiness in your recipes!!

I cannot compromise on taste and thus always on the search of a solution....
